These conditions may be referred to as the 'General Conditions'. These conditions apply to the contractor and the client who refer to them in the agreement. The performer(s) or supplier will always mean PerkGroen and Buro voor Tuin + Landschap (Garden and Landscape Architecture) / Green Space Design & Consult. The offers, agreements and contracts relate to all activities of PerkGroen, which includes, among others:
- Consultancies
- Design and Advice
- Research & Development
- Cultivation and trade of plant material
- Tests with plants and materials for the company's own purposes
- Supply of accessoires and (raw) materials for the green sector
Including related activities. All in the broadest sense of the word, nothing excepted.
